SUMMARY:Sumo-bot Competition with STEAMPUNK Robotics Education Inc. Ages 9-13
DESCRIPTION:Try your hand at building a sumo-bot with Lego Spike sets and have some fun competing against other teams. Robot-sumo is a sport in which two robots attempt to push each other out of a circle (in a similar fashion to the sport of sumo).  Each team will have their own table with a Lego Spike kit\, a laptop and instructions to build and code a sumo-bot. Our awesome STEM programmer will be at hand to help with the building and the coding. Afterwards\, we will pit the sumo-bots against each other and we will declare a winner! \nParticipants are asked to please bring a snack \nRegistration will open Monday February\,10 at 9am. \nMany thanks to the Elizabeth Kelly Foundation  & Lanark County for their generous financial support of this program.
