Come to the library to learn how to crochet with Rhiannon. Yarn and crochet hooks will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you would like. \nRegistration opens July 20 @ 9 am.

SUMMARY:Sumo-bot Competition with STEAMPUNK Robotics Education Inc. Ages 8-14
DESCRIPTION:Each day is a stand alone workshop \nTry your hand at building a sumo-bot with Lego Spike sets and have some fun competing against other teams. Robot-sumo is a sport in which two robots attempt to push each other out of a circle (in a similar fashion to the sport of sumo).  Each team will have their own table with a Lego Spike kit\, a laptop and instructions to build and code a sumo-bot. Our awesome STEM programmer will be at hand to help with the building and the coding. Afterwards\, we will pit the sumo-bots against each other and we will declare a winner! \nParticipants are asked to please bring a snack.
