I don’t know about you, but I think staying at home is making Spring Fever worse. Maybe it’s because I face the window while I work or maybe it’s knowing that I need to stay home, but I’m itching to get outside! I feel like I have never before embraced my daily exercise with such vigour! And when I say “daily exercise”, I don’t mean any sort of intense regimen; yes, I run when I can, but usually I just walk, and walk, and walk. I have to keep moving (am I allowed to stop? if I’m 2 metres away from another person and as long as I’m not sitting on a bench, then, yes, I think). Has anyone else felt this urge to get outside? To move like a shark needs to swim so that it can breathe. Until next time!
