The TD Summer Reading Club is Canada’s biggest, bilingual summer reading program! The Perth & District Library has a full calendar of children’s programs this summer, as well as reading challenges for all ages!
Kids
Log the books you read this summer for Reading Dragons cards and a chance to win a bike!
Starting June 26 at the library:
Register for the TD Summer Reading Club and get a free book, your first three Reading Dragons cards, your ballots and a copy of the library’s summer programming calendar
Drop off your ballots and get your Reading Dragons cards
Every book read is a ballot to enter to win one of two new bicycles, thanks to Canadian Tire Perth’s generous support!
Get a new Reading Dragon card for every 30 minutes you read! A new Reading Dragon card will be released each week of the summer.
Looking for information on the Library’s Summer Literacy Program, which offers literacy tutoring for children? Registration has been completed for this year. If you think your child could benefit from this program, please speak with your child’s teacher. We provide referral forms to all of our area schools in May of each year. More information
