Author Talk: Rick Revelle

Rick Revelle is an Indigenous writer. His series of four novels, called the Algonquin Quest Series, is set in the 1300’s pre-contact. The story follows four brothers and their offspring as they try to survive the harsh elements of Turtle Island over the course of 50 years. These novels are used in certain school boards across Canada in Native Studies classes.

Rick is a Knowledge Keeper for the Limestone District School Board and The Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic School Board.

His presentation will be composed of reading, storytelling and a large assortment of furs and artifacts.
